“First impression”
Look how beautiful the exterior of this home looks. When we first took on this project the front tile was an orange terra-cotta and did not blend well with the new colors of gray and white, so we decided to paint the home. By adding these modern gray tiles and placing some beautiful hydrangeas, it really makes the impression feel warm and inviting

I had the painters spray the molding and doors a bright white to make it look crisp against the light gray walls. By adding some dark pieces of furniture in this space, it really anchors the room

By taking out the carpet and replacing the flooring with luxurious vinyl planks known as LVP, it really modernized this home. In this space, the art was my inspiration. I loved using a muted palette with a pop of color. This home before was updated and now this home feels modern and up to date!

This house was very traditional. By adding a transitional chandelier and staging this home, it looks more appealing to buyers. In today’s market, buyers have to rely on photos and virtual tours when seeking a home. That is why it is extremely important that homes are de-cluttered and look amazing in order to maximize the sale of the home

When designing, I love using these glass tiles that match the accent color of the quartz counter top. I used a white grout to tie in both materials to make the beautiful glass tile stand out

In today’s market we need have an amazing social media presence and beautiful photos to show all buyers how special your listings are on the MLS. When we staged this room it was huge and buyers would have been confused on how to use the space. But, with great space planning and the proper scale of furniture, this room with give buyers an idea of how they can lay out their furniture or make use of the space!
